Program Overview and Background

The Clubhouse Network is an international community of more than 100 Clubhouses located in 21 countries, providing youth with lifechanging opportunities for over 25 years. Each Clubhouse provides a creative, safe, and free outofschool learning environment where teens from underserved communities work with adult mentors to explore their own ideas, develop new skills, and build confidence in themselves through the use of technology.

Program Services

TCN has been a magnet for young people from underserved communities to engage in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering,
Arts, and Math) learning in ways that are relevant and meaningful to them. Each Clubhouse is at once an artist studio, inventor’s workshop, design house, film sound stage and backlot, hackerspace, music studio, and computer game development lab. This allows youth to develop strong relationships with caring adults, become inspired about learning, and gain optimism about their future.
