Program Overview and Background
Campti Community Development Center serves three parishes, Bossier, Caddo, and Natchitoches within the State of Louisiana. They operate a comprehensive, coordinated, ad integrated positive role model initiative that will build strong, healthy mentoring relationships.
Program Services
The mentoring program are designed to work with children to help them better perform at school and develop good study habits. They use a Character Development Curriculum known as “Possessing Your Power” to provide a way for open discussion on topics including Knowing my Purpose, Self- esteem, Conflict Resolutions, and a variety of topics to build character.
Target Population
Campti Community Development Center serves youth under the age of 17, children of parents on active duty, children of incarcerated parents, youth currently using or impacted by opioid abuse.
