Program Overview and Background

Prevention Partnership’s AZ RISE Mentoring program is a schoolbased program. The AZ RISE Mentoring Program provides mentoring services to the students in the PPP’s Partnership Academy (middle school) and the Pima Partnership High School.

Program Services

Along with schoolbased mentoring, students also receive family strengthening programs, healthy relationship education and the opportunity to be part of youth advocacy and peer mentoring programs.

Target Population

The AZ RISE Mentoring Program serves at risk and systeminvolved adolescents, 1217 years old. The PPP schools are located in the 85705zip code that has an average poverty rate for children of 32.8%.
