Description of Resource:
Written by former peer mentors and youth mentees of the NMRC Youth Advisory Council, this one-pager is for prospective youth mentees who may be interested in joining a mentoring program and being a mentee. The purpose of this tip sheet is to support youth mentees as they prepare for a mentoring relationship, as well as provide insights for mentoring programs and mentors on what types of questions they should include in their mentee application or in their mentee and mentor training to better understand the youth perspective.
