Mass Mentoring Partnership (MMP), is the only state-wide training, research, and advocacy organization for Massachusetts mentoring and youth serving organizations, committed to ensuring that every young person in the state has access to quality mentoring relationships.
At the core of the youth mentoring field is the belief that empowering youth-adult relationships are central to the healthy growth and development of young people, enabling them to reach their full potential. MMP provides capacity building consultation to support mentoring programs implementing the Elements of Effective Practice. Additionally, MMP provides support in the areas of Trauma and Healing Informed Practices, Culturally Responsive Mentoring Practices, and Program Management and Design.
