View GuideDescription of Resource: This toolkit was developed by Alberta Mentoring Partnership in partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Calgary, Boys & Girls Clubs, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Edmonton, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Red Deer, to help mentoring organizations recruit new volunteer mentors through corporate mentoring partnerships.
Goals: The goal is to establish a youth workplace mentoring program that benefits the business, the mentoring organization, and youth served.
Target Population/Eligibility or Target Sites: This toolkit is intended for mentoring organizations that seek to partner with corporations in order to develop a workplace mentoring program.
