The toolkit offers step-by-step guidance on how to plan, create, and maintain a council and includes resources to support implementation and ongoing improvement such as sample council applications and youth feedback forms.
Goals: To help youth-serving professionals identify and establish meaningful leadership opportunities for young people within their organization.
