We have a team of professional consultants who support youth serving organizations across the state of Indiana to build their organizational capacity, including services such as strategic planning, board and leadership development, and program development.
We also support mentoring organization’s growth in the Elements of Effective Practice, including topics such as Mentor Recruitment, Screening and Training, Monitoring & Support, and Program Evaluation.
Services as an Affiliate of MENTOR National
We bring mentoring organizations together quarterly to discuss best practices in mentoring, and we provide structured engagement with the National Mentoring Summit and Capitol Hill Day each year.
We also have regional outreach managers who provide support and connection between different youth serving organizations by county.
Finally, our professional education team collaborates with other affiliates to put on the Collaborative Mentoring Webinar Series for MENTOR each month.
