We assess programs’ opportunities for growth and to receive quality training to support program improvements over time. This includes best practices in program planning and development, operations, mentor screening, mentor recruitment, training the trainer, and more.

MENTOR New York is a proud affiliate of MENTOR National to close the mentoring gap across New York State. MENTOR New York is committed to bringing mentoring to scale in New York by providing services to and building partnerships with companies, schools, and organizations that work with and serve young people.
By partnering with nearly 850 programs, MENTOR New York can help improve the quality, capacity, and safety of services being provided to over 80,000 of New York’s young people and ensure that more young people will have access to mentors and mentoring relationships.
