TMP works to increase the quality and quantity of mentoring connections in the region through providing the critical link between national efforts and the local programs and organizations that foster quality mentoring relationships.
Through the lens of youth mentoring best practices, the organization promotes quality mentoring and tells the story of its impact in addition to exploring new and innovative ideas to impact the future of mentoring and improve access to mentoring opportunities for all young people.
TMP is able to provide a large variety of training options for programs, mentors, mentees, businesses, and community members, delivers technical assistance to mentoring programs and youth-serving organizations, and also works as a referral agency to connect young people with mentoring opportunities.
