It addresses four major components of safe and effective mentoring, including program design and planning, program management, program operations, and program evaluation, with step-by-step information, checklists to assess program practices, and customizable tools.
Goals:
To support mentoring programs in implementing and adhering to the quality standards outlined in the Elements of Effective Practice.TM
Target Population/Eligibility of Target Sites:
Mentoring Program Managers (toolkit is inclusive of one-to-one, group, team, peer and e-mentoring models).
