Description of Resource: This guide provides a brief explanation of theories of change and logic models.  It describes how programs can begin using these tools to identify desired outcomes and clarify how resources and proposed activities will contribute to their overall goals.

Goals: To describe and illustrate how theories of change and logic models are used for program planning and evaluation.

Target Population/Eligibility or Target Sites: Mentoring programs of all types.
