This guide includes program design considerations and recommended practices for peer mentoring programs within the Elements of Effective Practice for Mentoring; a justification and discussion of main practice themes; and several examples of how design considerations and practice recommendations are implemented in real-life programs.
Goals: To provide mentoring practitioners and funders with research- and practitioner-informed standards and recommendations to help develop and implement strong peer mentoring programs.
