Description of Resource: This resource reviews the challenges of serving youth remotely and offers practical tips for practitioners and policymakers. This guide can support practitioners who are interested in establishing online mentoring programs or those who are considering moving their in-person programs to an online format.

Goals: This guide provides strategies for organizations to maximize the benefits of remote delivery and minimize challenges so that all youth, regardless of race, ethnicity, or socioeconomic status, can access and benefit from services delivered remotely.

Target Population/Eligibility or Target Sites: Programs working virtually with youth and young adults ages 16 to 24 that come from racially and ethnically diverse backgrounds.
