Description of Resource: The MentorConnections Manual is a resource for elementary schools to utilize to explore methods of supporting military-connected students, which includes steps for establishing and implementing the MentorConnections program in a given school or school district. The manual includes useful information and insights about military-connected youth and their families along with guidance on effective approaches to mentoring military-connected youth.

Goals: To offer elementary schools with mentoring strategies to support specifically students whose parents are serving in the US military and armed forces
