TA at a glance:
We provide support to start up mentoring organizations and/or those established mentoring programs or organizations that would like to go deeper around implementation of mentoring best practices (Elements of Effective Practice for Mentoring).
This includes:
- Logic and theory of change model design
- Mentoring program design and implementation support
- Support developing mentor training, mentor recruitment and mentor recognition plans
- Support implementing any of the six Elements of Effective Practice for Mentoring
- Support in implementing any of MENTOR’s national resources, including Becoming a Better Mentor, Working with Young Men of Color, Working Better with LGBTQ+ youth, Peer Mentoring, Youth Voice & Purpose & more!
